Refund policy

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Opened personal care or hygiene products.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • We will provide instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If the return is rejected (due to item condition), the item will be sent back to you.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the refund is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item).

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
