1. Return Eligibility

✅ Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
✅ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

⚠️ Non-returnable items:

• Sale or discounted items.

• Opened personal care, hygiene, or beauty products (for sanitary reasons).

2. How to Return

We will send you confirmation and detailed return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If the return is rejected (used, damaged, or incomplete), the item will be sent back to you.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
